Initial evaluation
Dr. Ken conducts a full movement and clinical evaluation — history, imaging review, functional testing. The session concludes with a diagnosis and a clear plan.
Receive your treatment plan
You leave session one with a specific plan: targeted exercises, session frequency, and realistic milestones based on your actual findings.
Start treatment
Every subsequent session is one-on-one with Dr. Ken — hands-on manual therapy, dry needling if indicated, and progressive therapeutic exercise.
Payment
Cash-pay, FSA, and HSA accepted — no insurance required
Elev8 is a cash-pay practice. That means no prior-authorization delays, no session limits set by an insurance company, and no co-pay surprises. You pay at the time of service and Dr. Ken gets to focus entirely on your care — not on billing requirements.

What to bring to your evaluation
- Any imaging reports (X-ray, MRI, CT) — digital or printed
- Surgeon's post-op protocol, if applicable
- List of current medications, if relevant to your condition
- Comfortable clothing you can move in (shorts for lower-extremity, loose shirt for upper)

Do I need a referral or prescription?
No referral is required. Texas has direct access to physical therapy — you can book an evaluation without a physician order. If you have a recent surgery or your surgeon provided a post-op protocol, bring that to your first visit.
