Every session is with Dr. Ken — no tech rotation, no handoffs. He works with post-surgical patients, chronic pain patients, youth and adult athletes, and anyone who needs results-driven physical therapy in the Katy, Fulshear, Cinco Ranch, and west Houston area.

Background

Education, experience, and clinical approach

Dr. Nwosu earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. Before founding Elev8, he served as managing partner for three locations of one of the largest physical therapy organizations in the Northeast, giving him hands-on experience managing high-volume clinical operations alongside direct patient care.

His clinical approach combines orthopedic precision with performance thinking — he evaluates the root cause rather than the symptom, builds progressive capacity, and tracks objective outcomes from initial evaluation to return to sport or daily life. He also leads community workshops and partners with area schools, clubs, and health organizations.

Orthopedic & Post-Op Rehab

Joint replacement, spine, ACL, labrum, rotator cuff, fracture recovery, and complex MSK injuries — structured from day one around your surgeon's protocol and your goals.

Sports Rehab & Performance

Return-to-sport testing, biomechanical analysis, sport-specific conditioning, and concussion management for youth and adult athletes.

Dry Needling & Manual Therapy

Non-invasive acoustic-wave therapy for chronic tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, Achilles, shoulder, and stubborn joint pain that hasn't responded to rest or injections.

Neurological Rehab

Stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, MS, and Parkinson's: balance, vestibular, gait, and functional movement rebuilt progressively.

Movement screens, injury prevention, ergonomic coaching, and posture correction for patients who want to stay ahead of injury.
